Roger Arsenault is the Broker/Owner of MaxWell Canyon Creek in Calgary, Alberta, bringing over 25 years of real estate experience to the role. After a lengthy career in the Canadian Armed Forces, he transitioned to real estate in 1997. Under Roger's guidance, MaxWell Canyon Creek has embraced technological advancements, becoming one of the first brokerages to support a fully digital, paperless environment. His passion for mentorship led him to leadership roles early on, culminating in his move to MaxWell Canyon Creek in 2010 as Broker/Owner. He is deeply involved in industry development, having served on committees with RECA, AREA, and CREB.
Over the course of the years Roger has championed a paperless, tech-forward brokerage environment for all the brokerage REALTORS® to take advantage while ensuring a strong adherence to industry practices.
